Focus on Care have been caring for my mum now for about 6 months, and I couldn’t ask for better care. My mums needs are met by everyone of the carers from mums hygiene needs to making a cup of tea. They think nothing of sitting with her for awhile to have a chat and make sure that she’s feeling well or not lonely. As a family this brings us comfort to know that if we aren’t around any given time that she is well cared for. We find the whole team trustworthy and considerate when ever in Mum’s home and always polite.
Zed is always on hand to deal with any enquiries or concerns we have, which he deals with as swiftly as possible. His caring nature in making sure all care needs are met are reassuring.
