Our company is led by former health care support workers who will bring a wealth of experience after working in the sector for +12 years. The directors are qualified Social workers who brings along vast experience from health care support for adults in residential homes and supporting adults suffering from Dementia.

The management have experience in support work and Social work, a combination that helps them understand legislation better , care packages tailor made to focus on an individual’s needs hence the origin of the name of company “focus-On- Care”.

As a health care provider, we believe in having an adaptability to different health care needs, communication styles and socialisation norms allows us to shine above the rest. For us every good working relationship, should start with respecting families despite their social, cultural or economic background. We are motivated by our ambition, the ambition to support vulnerable adults to live an independent, dignified high quality life safely in the comfort of their homes.
