I wish to share our sincere gratitude and highest praise for the quality of service provided by the carers and management of Focus On Care Ltd. During the past 13 months, despite the limitations presented by her physical restrictions and Dementia, they have been providing care support for my 86 year old Mother to remain living at home.
Throughout Focus On Care have lived up to their name. Providing an exceptionally compassionate and highly professional service, they genuinely put my Mothers needs at the very centre of their approach. Completely reliable, trustworthy and committed, they take changes to her care in their stride, to ensure the flexibility Mum needs to enable her to make the most of the social and family opportunities and continue living her life to the best she can, whilst she can.
My Mum (Pam), and all her family, remain so very grateful that we have Focus On Care Ltd to rely upon to keep Mum happy, safe and well in her own home.
We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to Hants County Council for the invaluable financial contribution you make towards Mum’s care.
We are all very mindful that we are very lucky to have this support. As a family we could not achieve the superb level of care that Mum requires without the Council and Focus On Care Ltd.
